Active subscription orders receive 15% off the applicable one-time purchase price, unless a different offer is clearly displayed when you subscribe.

Standard delivery within the Republic of Ireland costs €7 per order. Any free-delivery promotion will be clearly displayed on our website or during checkout.

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery normally takes a further 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Where tracking is available, your tracking information will be emailed to you after your order has been dispatched.

TORI crisps are sealed food products. For food-safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns if the packaging or product seal has been opened, damaged or tampered with.

Unopened and fully sealed products may only be returned where required by applicable consumer law. Please contact us before returning anything.
