This website and online store are operated by TORI Crisp, an Irish sole-trader business based in Cork, Ireland.

Throughout these Terms, “TORI,” “TORI Crisp,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this store.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms apply when you visit our website, create an account, purchase a product, start a subscription or otherwise use our online store.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

3. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, photographs, ingredients, nutritional information and allergen information are accurate.

Product images are for illustration purposes. Packaging and colours may occasionally differ slightly from what is shown online.

Always read the ingredients and allergen information printed on the product packaging before consumption. If the information displayed online differs from the packaging, contact us before consuming the product.

Our products are subject to availability. We may update, limit or discontinue a product where reasonably necessary.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will normally receive an order-confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

Your order is accepted when we dispatch it or otherwise confirm acceptance.

We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

A product is unavailable;
Payment cannot be authorised;
The delivery information is incomplete or incorrect;
We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
An obvious pricing or product-information error has occurred; or
We cannot legally fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the relevant amount.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in euro (€).

Applicable taxes will be included or displayed as required by law. Delivery charges will be shown before you complete checkout.

We accept the payment methods shown during checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order can be completed.

If an obvious pricing error affects your order, we will contact you and allow you to continue at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Shipping, cancellations and returns

The Shipping & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms or our Shipping & Returns Policy limits your statutory rights concerning products that are faulty, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied.

7. Subscriptions

Where subscription purchasing is available, the price, delivery frequency, renewal schedule and cancellation conditions will be displayed before you subscribe.

By starting a subscription, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method automatically at the stated frequency until the subscription is cancelled.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the customer account or subscription-management link provided to you.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but may not cancel an order that has already been processed or dispatched.

8. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the conditions displayed with the relevant offer.

Unless stated otherwise:

Only one discount code may be used per order;
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been completed;
Promotions may be limited by date, availability or quantity; and
We may withdraw an offer affected by an obvious error, fraud or misuse.

9. Customer information and accounts

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

10. Intellectual property

The TORI name, branding, mascot, logos, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, text and website content belong to TORI or are used with permission.

This material is protected by applicable Irish, European Union and international intellectual-property laws.

You may use our website for personal shopping purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

11. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that:

It reflects your genuine experience;
You have permission to submit it;
It does not infringe another person’s rights;
It is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory or misleading; and
It does not contain harmful software or unsolicited advertising.

You give us permission to display and use this content in connection with operating and promoting TORI, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

12. Third-party services and links

Our store may use third-party services for payments, delivery, subscriptions, reviews and other functions.

Our website may also contain links to independently operated websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory protection provided by the laws of Ireland, the European Union or the country in which the consumer normally resides.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our products, services, business practices or legal obligations change.

The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Changes will not unfairly alter an order that we have already accepted.
