Delivery rates

• Standard delivery within the Republic of Ireland costs €7 per order.

• Any free-delivery promotion will be clearly displayed on our website or at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

• Delivery normally takes 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

• Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver throughout the Republic of Ireland only.

Returns

Food safety and hygiene

TORI crisps are sealed for freshness, food-safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the returns.

If there is a problem with your order, email toriproteincrisp@gmail.com as soon as possible and include:

• Your order number;

• A description of the problem; and

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging, where possible.
